30-Day Returns

Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including returns for reasons other than a product defect. Contact us at info@dwantran.com before sending an item back.

Custom Engraved Products

For custom engraved products, we confirm the design with the customer before production. Once production is complete, custom engraved products are not eligible for return or refund for non-defect reasons.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos or video evidence. If we confirm a quality issue, damage or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping and Refunds

For non-defect returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For approved quality-issue or incorrect-item returns, Dwan Tran covers return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
